Dunkin’ Donuts Pitch

When Dunkin’ wanted to launch their new espresso drinks and kids meals, I, alongside the strategy and new business team, brainstormed how to best introduce these new menu items to Miami, the chosen test city. Utilizing primary and secondary research, we identified the target consumers and their natural routines, we focused on OOH placement that would garner the most visibility: large wraps on the Brightline (Miami’s public transit system) and UPS trucks with their “Dunkin’ Delivers” wrapped on the side. We would also sponsor Miami’s seasonal Santa’s Enchanted Forest to give away free espresso and kids’ meal vouchers to parents and their kids. For each of these placements, I wanted to focus on their signature colors, as well as highlight the new espresso-specific orange cup.
